Biofertilizer consortia with free-living Azotobacter, phosphate-solubilizing, and potassium-mobilizing bacteria — fixes atmospheric nitrogen and makes phosphorus and potassium available for all crops, with better seed germination and seedling vigour.
Description
It is a biofertilizer containing free-living Azotobacter, phosphate-solubilizing, and potassium-mobilizing bacteria. It fixes free atmospheric nitrogen and solubilizes phosphorus and mobilizes potassium into an available form for all crops. It enhances the percentage of seed germination and better seedling vigour. DAIECO NPK Consortia is used as a supplement to chemical fertilizers for fixation of nitrogen in soil and enhances availability of phosphorus and potassium in crops.

Mode of application
DAIECO NPK Powder
- Seed treatment: Mix 250 g of DAIECO NPK with the seeds required for one acre along with sufficient water. Dry the treated seed under shade on a clean surface and sow within 24 hours.
- Root / bulb / seedling treatment: Make a mixture of 250 g DAIECO NPK with 15–20 litres of water. Dip plant roots, seedlings, or bulbs for 30 minutes in the culture solution and sow immediately during cool weather.
- Soil treatment: Mix 2–3 kg of DAIECO NPK with 50 kg of farmyard manure or compost. Spread uniformly over one acre after the last ploughing and before the first irrigation; irrigate immediately.
- For standing crops: After one month of sowing, mix 2–3 kg of DAIECO NPK with approx. 50 kg FYM/compost. Apply near the root region of standing crops of one acre by drilling and irrigate immediately.
DAIECO NPK Liquid
- Seed treatment: Mix 250 ml DAIECO NPK with the seeds required for one acre. Mix the inoculant gently with a minimum amount of water, taking care to avoid damage to the seed coat. Dry under shade on a clean surface and sow within 24 hours.
- Root / bulb / seedling treatment: For one acre, make a solution of 250 ml DAIECO NPK in 15–20 litres of water. Dip plant roots, seedlings, or bulbs for 30 minutes and sow immediately during cool weather.
- Soil treatment: Mix 1–2 litres of DAIECO NPK with approx. 50 kg FYM/compost. Apply at ploughing before the first irrigation as per farmers’ practice; irrigate immediately.
- Drip system: Mix 1–2 litres DAIECO NPK with 200 litres of water, inject into the drip irrigation system, and irrigate one acre uniformly.
- For standing crops: After one month of sowing, mix 1–2 litres of DAIECO NPK with approx. 50 kg FYM/compost. Apply near the root region of standing crops of one acre by drilling and irrigate immediately.
