DAIECO AZO
Contains Azotobacter — a gram-negative, asymbiotic nitrogen-fixing bacterium that naturally occurs in the soil rhizosphere. Fixes 20–40 kg N/ha/year, improves yields, and produces plant growth-promoting substances such as IAA, gibberellic acid, and vitamins.
Description
It contains Azotobacter, a gram-negative, asymbiotic, and nitrogen-fixing bacterium. It is an anaerobic bacterium that naturally occurs in the soil rhizosphere. It fixes 20–40 kg N/ha/year. It effectively increases crop yields from well-manured soil with high organic matter content. In addition, it produces plant growth-promoting substances such as plant hormones (IAA, gibberellic acid), vitamins, etc.

Mode of application
DAIECO AZO Powder
- Seed treatment: Soak 1 kg of seeds in a slurry of 10 g DAIECO AZO with 10 g crude sugar in sufficient water overnight. Treated seeds should not be stored for more than 24 hours.
- Seedling treatment: Make a slurry of 100 g DAIECO AZO with sufficient organic manure and water. Dip seedlings for 30 minutes prior to planting so the bacterium attaches to the roots.
- Soil application: Mix 3–5 kg DAIECO AZO with farmyard manure/compost for one acre of land.
- Drip irrigation: Dissolve 1 kg/L DAIECO AZO in water; use the filtered solution in the drip stream.
DAIECO AZO Liquid
- Seed treatment: Mix with water in a 1:10 ratio (100 ml in 1000 ml water) and soak 20–30 kg of seeds.
- Seedling treatment: Dip seedlings in a mixture of 100 ml DAIECO AZO and 20 litres of water for 20 minutes.
- Soil application: Mix 1 litre DAIECO AZO with 200 kg farmyard manure/compost for one acre of land.
